Cou Cou Rachou

📍 705 W Main St, Charlottesville

This cozy French bakery has quickly become a local favorite. Run by a Paris-trained pastry chef, Cou Cou Rachou (pronounced "koo-koo ra-shoo") serves up flaky croissants, sourdough baguettes, and decadent tarts made with love.

☕ Perfect spot for a morning espresso or an afternoon treat.
🥖 Pro tip: The chocolate almond croissant sells out fast — get there early!

(On a personal note, this is our favorite bakery! Every Saturday, I put my daughter in her stroller and we walk to get pastries here. The almond croissants are our favorite!)
